Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Idoru website at meetidoru.com and its early-access waitlist, operated by Singularity Engine, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The international Idoru product is in development and will launch first in the United States for adults aged 18 or older. Its own privacy policy will be provided before you create a product account.
What you share
To join the waitlist, you provide your email address and confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to receive a confirmation and an early-access invitation. You may optionally provide your country or region and what you would like Ling to do. We record the signup time, queue position, consent-policy version, and confirmation email status. Please leave passwords, health information, and other sensitive information out of the optional message.
Why we use it
We use this information to reserve your place, send your confirmation, plan regional availability, understand requested features, and send an invitation when access becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing newsletter. Our legal basis for waitlist communications is your consent; operating and securing this website also serves our legitimate interests.
Where it goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the waitlist in our Cloudflare D1 database. Resend processes your email address, confirmation content, and email delivery status to send the confirmation. Their international infrastructure processes information outside mainland China, including in the United States. Cloudflare also processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. We do not save IP addresses in the waitlist table.
Only authorized operators can export the waitlist for invitations and support. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and its fonts and character images are hosted with the website. We do not use optional tracking cookies. Hosting and security infrastructure may process necessary technical information. We do not change website behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; we do not sell or share data for behavioral advertising whether or not these signals are enabled. The launch-film space does not load an external video player.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until the invitation rollout is complete or you withdraw your request. We then remove it from the active waitlist, except for information we must retain to meet a legal obligation or resolve a specific dispute. Email providers may retain delivery and security records under their own retention practices.
Your choices
You can withdraw from the waitlist, stop further invitation emails, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing partners@sngxai.com from the address you registered. You may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed. We may ask for information needed to verify a request.
Children and regional services
The waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older. If we learn that a child has signed up, we will remove their information. The mainland China version of Ling has a separate website and a separate domestic reservation system at sngai.cn; its reservation details are not submitted to this international queue.
