WEBSITE & EARLY ACCESS
Website Terms
Effective October 26, 2026 · Version website-2026-10-26
These terms govern the Idoru website and early-access waitlist, operated by Singularity Engine, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By submitting a reservation you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Idoru product will have its own terms before product access opens.
Your place on the list
You must be 18 or older and use an email address you control. Joining is free, requires no payment details, and creates a waitlist reservation rather than a product account. Please submit accurate information and do not submit someone else's personal information without their permission.
The international launch will initially serve adults in the United States. People in other regions can join the waitlist to express interest. Invitations roll out in signup order within the regions and eligibility groups being opened. A queue position does not guarantee admission, a launch date, pricing, or a particular feature. You can withdraw by emailing partners@sngxai.com.
Meet Ling, an AI character
Ling is a fictional AI character, not a human. Conversations, memories, and actions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Product scenes, sample tasks, and messages on this website illustrate the intended experience. They do not run a real computer task or create a product session. Features may change during development. The launch film is not yet available.
When product access opens, use of connected applications and computer actions will depend on the permissions you grant. Do not rely on a character interaction as professional medical, legal, or financial advice, or as an emergency service.
Content and acceptable use
Our software, brand, character artwork, and website materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website. Do not impersonate us, misuse our artwork, disrupt the service, access other people's reservations, or use the form to send unlawful material. You retain rights in optional feedback you submit and permit us to use it to evaluate and improve the service.
External links and affiliate disclosure
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Some booking or purchase links offered by Ling may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, the merchant may pay us a commission without changing your price. Such links will be identified when presented. There are no booking or shopping checkout links on this waitlist page.
Website availability
We provide the website as available and may update it or remove abusive submissions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of development previews. These terms do not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, or remove your mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Changes and contact
We will publish changes to these website terms with a new effective date. Product subscriptions, purchases, tools, and dispute-resolution terms will be shown separately before you accept them. Contact Singularity Engine, Inc. at partners@sngxai.com.
